How is Kafu different from a traditional survey tool?
Kafu is AI-first. You describe a research goal in plain language and Kafu drafts the survey, picks the right audience from a verified panel, screens responses for fraud, and writes the narrative summary. Traditional tools stop at "build the form."
Where do panelists come from?
Real people who signed up via the Kafu mobile app, verified via phone + ID + behavior. Every response carries persona attribution and quality signals — you see exactly who answered and how confident we are in the data.
How does pricing work?
Token-based. You top up tokens and spend them per question delivered, per AI authoring action, per redeemed reward. No seats. No minimums. Saudi VAT (15%) is added to every invoice.
Do you support Arabic and English?
Both, end to end. Survey authoring, panelist UX, and the dashboard are fully bilingual with RTL support. Audience targeting can mix language preferences within the same study.
Is my data secure and compliant?
Yes. Data resides in-region, access is role-scoped, panelist PII is segregated from response data, and exports are audit-logged. We follow KSA PDPL guidance for personal data handling.
